Company Partnership Policy - Mentored Minds Pvt. Ltd.

Thank you for choosing Mentored Minds Pvt. Ltd. for your flexible monthly talent needs. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Payment Terms

All partner companies shall make the full monthly retainer payment directly to Mentored Minds Pvt. Ltd. prior to the commencement of services.


2. Work Hours & Days

All candidates provided will work from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

They will follow your daily task structure and reporting protocols as required.


3. Hiring and Conversion Policy

If you wish to convert any candidate into a permanent intern or full-time employee, you must first complete a minimum of 3 continuous months of engagement with that candidate under our monthly retainer model.

If any company bypasses this condition and directly hires the candidate within 3 months, it shall be considered a breach of contract and Mentored Minds Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action or levy a compensation fee equivalent to 2 months of retainer fee.


4. Candidate Availability & Replacement

In case a candidate drops out, doesn’t show up, or underperforms, we offer a free replacement for the balance number of days that the original candidate was unavailable.

Replacement will be made within 48 working hours, subject to availability.


5. Nature of Engagement

This is not a permanent employment model. The candidates provided are independent contributors engaged for short-term business tasks under a guided training and mentorship framework from Mentored Minds Pvt. Ltd.

There are no employer-employee obligations like ESIC, PF, or formal onboarding documentation unless explicitly agreed post the 3-month period.


6. Confidentiality & Conduct

Candidates are trained and instructed to maintain the confidentiality of company data and processes. However, we request our partner companies to avoid assigning sensitive financial or legal responsibilities without formal employment.


7. Feedback & Performance

Partner companies are encouraged to provide monthly feedback on each candidate to help us improve training and performance matching. We also offer optional performance review formats you may use.


8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the issue shall be escalated to legal arbitration under Pune jurisdiction.
